Shadowsaber's Rune Wing

At first I was thinking of Bi-wing, but it sounds better as rune Wing. Shadowsaber her =self has two sets of wings (two lager wings on the shoulder and two smaller wings on the hip area. the wings only shows in her Dragon or hybrid from but not in fox. the rune help her summon spells and glow brighter when in use. but the rune fade when losing power or use too losing .The Bi Wings allows her to fly at Mach Speeds cut the air with the long sharp blade like caws on her wing tips.
